Tuluva, reminiscent of the rich heritage of the dynasty it's named after, served dishes that captured the essence of traditional Indian flavors with a modern twist. I found myself indulging in a delectable selection of regional dishes that truly delighted my taste buds.On the other hand, Bahmani, inspired by its namesake dynasty, offered a global culinary affair that was as diverse as it was delicious. From Mediterranean influences to Asian delicacies, each dish showcased a unique blend of flavors that left me craving for more.What truly elevated my dining experience was the personalized touch. A customized four-course menu, a personal chef at a live counter, and a bottle of wine added a touch of opulence to each meal.
